Diarmuid and Gráinne’s Cave

This cave located above the Gleniff Horseshoe loop road is often said to be the last hiding place of Diarmuid and Gráinne.

The cave is said to be the burial place of the two lovers, laid side by side overlooking the Gleniff valley for all eternity.
